contests. Participation in these surveys or promotions is completely

Security
The European Spa processes online credit card transactions through
PalPal.
Shipping
European Spa
offers shipping through the United States Post Office. Online orders are normally
processed the same or next business day.
Returns
We want you to be
satisfied with your purchase from the European Spa. You may return any
item in its sealed & unused condition within 10 days of purchase for a
full refund. Please visit us at one of our store locations if you wish to
try before you buy. To process a return, you must contact us for
instructions. Please email us at contact@europeanspaboutique.com.
The European
Spa is required to
charge sales tax in accordance with Michigan state law. Sales tax is
calculated at the time of payment based upon the shipping destination of
your order. All product orders shipping within Michigan will be charged a 6% sales
tax. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of Gift Cards. However,
product purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged sales tax in accordance
with the applicable laws.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have no expiration date. Gift
cards may be redeemed at any of our store locations and are valid for
retail purchases and/or available spa services. To schedule an
appointment, please call the desired store location.
Please note that product purchase paid for
with Gift Cards will be charged sales tax in accordance with applicable
laws. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, may not be applied towards
gratuity, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Services and
retail purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to all European Spa
policies.
Cancellation

Refuse Service
The European
Spa reserves the right
to refuse service at any time to customers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the European Spa and hold
them harmless from any and all claims or demands, including attorney's
fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the
products and services obtained from the European Spa, or in connection
with the europeanspaboutique.com website or your violation of these terms
and conditions, or arising from your violation of any rights of a third
party.
